DCRA Housing Complaints
DCRA ensures the health, safety and economic welfare of District residents through
licensing, inspection, and compliance and enforcement programs. In compliance with DC Law,
DCRA is responsible for conducting inspections on properties within the District to
determine if property owners comply with the DC Housing Code. Violations of the Housing Code
are tracked at the District and ward level. This
report is updated weekly.

This report is based on housing complaints data recorded in the Remote Access
Property Inspection and Dispatch System (RAPIDS) database
at the District of Columbia Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. 2009 values
represent year-to-date information.
