Status of Service Requests by Problem Group Code
The Citywide Call Center provides a "one stop" service experience for constituents,
residents, and visitors in their search for DC government services, numbers, and
information. The Center supplies numbers and information, and directs appropriate
agencies in fulfilling service requests. The Call Center assigns an ID number to
each request, allowing users to track the status of their request. Some of the
most frequent types of service requests for the last 3 years are displayed by status. This
report is updated weekly.

This report is based on the data on resident requests for service
called into the Mayor's Citywide Call Center, including the associated
Hansen status reports. 2008 values
represent year-to-date information.
